3. Google Analytics

4. Google Ads and Google Tag Manager

Ad tracking is active only after you provide explicit consent through our consent panel. Refusal does not affect your ability to access Devarda.ink services.
5. Meta Pixel (Facebook)
Meta Pixel is used to measure ad effectiveness on Meta platforms and to display relevant ads to users who have interacted with our site.
Data collected includes pages visited, inquiry actions, and audience characteristics. Meta Pixel is active only if you provide consent for advertising.
This information is processed by Meta Platforms, Inc. in accordance with theMeta Privacy Policy. You can disable Meta Pixel by refusing advertising in our privacy panel or throughMeta Ad Settings.
6. WhatsApp
If you contact Devarda.ink via WhatsApp, that conversation is governed by theWhatsApp Privacy Policy. We use your contact information only to respond to inquiries and schedule consultations. Devarda.ink has no control over how WhatsApp Ireland Unlimited Company processes your data on their platform.
7. Inquiry and Booking Forms
Inquiry and booking forms on the Devarda.ink site collect information you provide voluntarily. This data is used exclusively to:
- Respond to inquiries and continue communication with you.
- Schedule appointments and consultations.
- Assess tattoo project eligibility.
- Record communication history for service continuity.
Forms do not process payments. If you proceed to the booking stage, payment information is handled by the respective payment providers under their own privacy policies.
8. Contact Form
The contact form on the /contact page collects your name, email address, and message content. This information is used only to respond to your communication and is not retained longer than necessary for that purpose.
9. Data Security
Devarda.ink takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data:
- Transit encryption: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is protected by HTTPS (TLS) encryption.
- Secure storage: Customer data is stored on Supabase, a database platform with Row Level Security (RLS) that restricts access based on role and ownership.
- Access controls: Only authorized Devarda.ink team members can access customer data. Access is restricted by role (owner, admin, editor).
- Media and CDN: Images and files are stored on Cloudinary with access policies that restrict public access to assets intended for display only.
- Service providers: Third-party vendors we use — Supabase, Cloudinary, Vercel, Google, Meta — each have their own privacy policies and security measures governing data processing in their capacity as service providers.
While we are committed to maintaining data security, no system is completely risk-free. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we continuously monitor and update our security measures in line with technological developments.
10. Data Retention and Deletion
Inquiry and booking data is retained for the duration of the active customer relationship and the retention period necessary for operational purposes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us using the details at the bottom of this policy.
Analytics and cookie data is deleted or deactivated according to the respective durations listed in the cookie table above, or sooner if you withdraw consent.

With respect to your personal data, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data.
